Dog and Wild Boar Incident Report

Let's try and stop negative wild boar and dog interactions.

The Boaring Truth team are conducting studies to try and identify if there are any trends, leading up to dog and wild boar incidents.

The following questions must be answered honestly to give a true understanding of the reason why these incidents happen.

Your participation is appreciated and all surveys will be treated with the utmost confidence and will remain anonymous.

This survey is 100% confidential. No names will be disclosed; the answers will only be published in a summary format.
