About The Boaring Truth

Who are we?

The wild boar is here to stay in the UK and, like all other living creatures, they deserve to be treated with respect. Mankind has the intelligence to live alongside the wild boar once again, we just need to learn about this species and adapt accordingly. This is where The Boaring Truth can help.

Founded by previous members of the UK Wild Boar Association, we are a volunteer led group of wildlife lovers and conservationists, based in the Forest of Dean, who simply want to see wild boar given a fair chance at earning their place back in the wilds of the UK.

The three key aims of The Boaring Truth are:

  1. Build an honest platform where anyone can learn about wild boar and gain a true understanding of this species and #beboaraware.
  2. Liaise with local and national media outlets to provide a truthful balanced account of wild boar, in the UK, through text, photo and videos.
  3. Give only facts about wild boar. Counter the scaremongering with the truth and allow readers to make up their own opinion.

If you want to get in touch about wild boar you can be assured of a friendly, honest, reply every time. You can contact us here -> Contact Us
